A. Last night at the Troubadour opening for Hard Fi. No monitors, speakers were 200 feet in front of me, serious echo effect, computer was skipping on internal mode of Serato for some reason, and I couldn't hear a damn thing and was stuck solo on the stage with bright lights. It was fucking awful like I was on acid but worse
Q. What was the strangest request you've received while DJing?
A. I've had too many common pop requests but no strange request yet. I have a huge pallette of music from electro to hip hop to pop to oldies, Im all over the place. The stranger the request, as long as its dancy and I like the song, the better
Q. Who would you most like to meet (alive or dead)?
A. Bruce Lee and Malcolm X. Two life changing hero's of mine.

A. Shane Smith-revolutionary comrade from the bay, from monument to masses-one of the most underrated bands of our time only because they don't tour anywhere out of the bay, Jefrodisiac-running the dance party shit up in the bay, John Isaacson-zine maker and screen printer extraordinare, Jennie Romer from Rasputin's-old roomie, Alexa Dye-always fighting the good fight, Alex Pasternak-old hippie in a 25 year old body, Jenny Hoyston-singer in erase errata and solo project paradise island-veteran in the Dim Mak world, and of course my agent Matt Colon-the only one thats not from the Bay.
